Standard egg nog recipe

6 Eggs separated

1 Pint whipping cream

1 Quart whole milk

3/4 Cups sugar

Nutmeg

Beat the egg whites in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.

Beat the whipping cream in a small mixing bowl until stiff.

Beat the egg yolks in another large mixing bowl until thick. Stir in the milk, flavoring and sugar.

Fold in egg whites and whipped cream and pour into a punch bowl.

Sprinkle generously with nutmeg.

If you wish, you can add booze (brandy and bourbon are preferred) to suit your taste.
